Investing time and money into ChatGPT and making it the best for Microsoft Bing is one way to improve your product. However, if your operating system is Windows and 90% of people use it, you could replace Cortana with ChatGPT. This way, if someone has a system issue and asks ChatGPT to fix it, it could either fix the issue or provide instructions on how to fix it, which would help to alleviate customer concerns and prevent them from switching to another operating system. I have many other ideas on how to improve Microsoft and make it a bigger tech company if you are interested. 🙂
